💡 Opportunities as ​a Senior Partnership Manager

As a Senior Partnership Manager at AB180, one of Korea’s leading Mar-tech companies, you will strategically design and scale our solution ecosystem. You will serve as the strategic architect behind the partnerships that amplify the global value of Airbridge (MMP). By spearheading technical integrations and high-level collaborations with global industry leaders, you will unlock new business frontiers and drive AB180’s global  growth.

💡 As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will..

Strategic Partnership & Growth Acceleration

  • Proactively discover and develop local and global partnerships aligned with company vision and goals. Partners include ad networks, media partners, reselling partners, agencies and more. 

  • Foster existing alliances and cultivate new strategic partnerships with industry-leading platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat and more to drive mutual growth.  

  • Define the future of marketing innovation by establishing AB180’s global trust and presence through a robust partner network. 

Technical Integration & Ecosystem Strengthening

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to define and execute technical integration roadmaps with global ad/media platforms.

  • Support sales/marketing collateral development to deliver best practices, case studies, presentations, etc to the global market. 

  • Lead internal cross-functional collaboration with Security, Product, and Legal teams to ensure global compliance and seamless technical alignment.

Joint Go-To-Market & Business Initiative

  • Develop and launch joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with partners, spearheading initiatives such as webinars, offline events, and co-marketing campaigns.

  • Define and track partnership KPIs, using data-backed insights to continuously refine and optimize our collaborative impact.

💡 We’re looking for talents with..

  • 7+ years in Partnership Management, Business Development, or B2B SaaS Sales.

  • Deep-rooted understanding of the MMP, Mar-tech, and Ad-tech landscape, including the global platform ecosystem.

  •  Proven ability to interface with senior-level decision-makers at global firms, navigating complex interests to drive contracts and measurable business impact.

  • Native-level fluency in both Korean and English is a must. This role requires the ability to engage and negotiate directly with C-level executives from Korea & global media platforms, demanding exceptional eloquence and sharp communication skills especially in English. 

  • No restrictions on international travel.

  • Bringing a creative approach to partnership strategy, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on untapped market opportunities.

  • Hands-on experience building and scaling successful partnerships in international markets.

  • Working in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance product competitiveness through technical partnerships.
